Terms of Sale Agreement (this Agreement) constitutes a binding legal contract between you (Buyer) and us (Seller). By ordering any product or service via our store, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes to this Agreement will be effective when posted. We hold any rights to change any of the terms and conditions mentioned at any time, all changes will take effect from the instance they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to thoroughly read the terms and conditions each time you use this website and this way you will be updated to any changes which have been made.

Product Description 
The items offered for sale are as accurate as possible, however the  Seller does not guarantee that the description or other contents on this site or any of the Sellers listings are accurate or complete. 
 
Specification
The product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in this case we will do our best to offer you a replacement of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you may return it in accordance with our 30-day money back guarantee, review our returns policy. If this is irrelevant, you may cancel your order within your rights, and we will send a full refund. Availability of this item depends on the Manufacturer's & our current inventory levels as well as the manufacturer's time as stated on the website .
 
Stock Availability
If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase it will be placed on back order for a period not to exceed more than 30 Business Days. Items on back order for a period of more than 30 Business Days may be refunded at our discretion without notice.
 
Warranty
All Warranty and guarantees are provided by the manufacturer's with the item, unless we have mentioned that the item(s) for sale does not have a guarantee of any sort. In this case any manufacturer defect  must be reported to us where we will assist you  in receiving a replacement or exchange of the item if available.
 
Processing of an order
All orders which are placed on this website will be according to the acknowledgement of these terms and conditions.
 
Acceptance of your order 
The order will be complete once the products ordered are dispatched to you unless we have updated you that your order has not been accepted or has been cancelled(due to a payment issue/item not in stock)or you will be offered a similar replacement, in the case of refunded item we advise you refer to the returns and refunds.  
 
Order Reference 
We advise you keep a detailed note or print of the order made and paid for(you will receive an email notification of your order)so as it is easily tracked by you and us as your order reference will be included in this too.
 
Delivery

Easyshop website only delivers for buyers in the mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses and postal codes.  We do deliver to international or overseas postal codes but you as a buyer will be liable of the costs and charges to the delivery of the item, please contact us for these charges. Please note that we will not be liable for any breakages or returns.  If there are any shipping costs involved due to an itemsweight, shipping or areas with a specified postal code then we will inform you on time so as the costs can be covered, and postage is not delayed. Deliveries must be signed for by an adult 18 years and over. We try our level best to deliver in the time scale given but some delays are unavoidable due to some unexpected causes. We at Easyshop will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of items in the given time scale.
 
Price Errors
If in any case there has been a price error in the goods which have been ordered, we will inform you on time prior to the goods being dispatched. You will be given an option to purchase the item at the correct
price or you will have the option to cancel your order. If at any point we are having difficulty in reaching you or contact is not possible then we will have no other option but to cancel the order and apply a full
refund. All order which have been paid for will receive a full refund if you choose to cancel.
 
 
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds 
Are available on a limited basis. For an item to be eligible for return, you must notify us of your intent toreturn an item within 3 Business Days of confirmed receipt. Returns will only be accepted if unopened,
unused, and undamaged. All items are requested to be returned with a tracking number. A restocking charge of 30% applies + delivery costs back to us (which will be paid by the customer).
This will be debited to the returning customer's account – i.e. the credit will be issued at 70% of the original invoice price, less the cost of the return freight. We will deduct an amount of the refund as
determined by us for any item returned after use. Damaged, used, or items described as Non-Returnable are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Return shipping is at the Buyer's expense.
 
Payment
Goods are all subject to availability, payments from your card or PayPal( or any method which is offered) will only be taken at the time we receive your order and your payment method has been checked and
stock availability. If we are unable to provide the goods to you then you will be informed on time and a full refund will be given otherwise a replacement will be offered in its place. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
